Urban Bachelor Cooking Recipe - Chicken Parmesan

This is a classic recipe but believe it or not I never made it before until today. This is another recipe Sade gave me. I love italian food is can be made fast. This is definitely in my alley. The only problem is that I am too good at making it even the first time. I am pretty stuffed right now even though I just had dinner 4 hours ago.

Urban Bachelor Cooking Recipe - Shrimp Scampi

This is a simple but tasty recipe from my friend Sade. She simplified several steps to make it a fast recipe. I loved it. It goes well with steamed vegetables such as broccoli, carrot and asparagus. White wine is a plus.

Urban Bachelor Cooking Recipe - Asian Style Ox Tail in Slow Cooker

A slow cooker, also known as crock pot, cooks meat at 200 degrees on low and 400 degrees on high. It usually cooks meat in 8 to 10 hours on low and 4 to 5 hours on high. Slow cookers preserve moisture and make the meat tender. There are a lot of ways to use a slow cooker because you can put anything in it. Aisans like to mix ginger, scallion, soy sauce, sesame oil, etc with meat and sea food to make soup etc. I tried this with ox tail in a slow cooker.

Salmon is very easy to cook. Baked salmon has a smoky taste. In this recipe, we also stir fry tomato with onions first to get the flavors out then we mixed the stir fried vegitables with salmon to bake. The result is amazing. You have to try it.

Urban Bachelor Cooking Recipe - Pressure Cooker Chuck Steak

My friend Jacyln made this at her super bowl party. It was so good! She gave me the recipe. I bought a pressure cooker and tried it out. Mine didn't come out as red as hers. She told me that might be because we use different type of soy sauce.

Note:
Chuck 7 Bone Steak (most flavorful) or Chuck Roast (the cut for pot
roast) You could also mix it up and have one 7 Bone + Chuck Roast.
Canned tomato sauce (1 medium can or 1-2 small cans per steak) salted to taste. for more information on Check 7 Bone Steak: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Chuck_steak
