Steamed vegetables in microwave are the easiest thing ever! Now you can get zipper bags just for this purpose.

Any kind of vegetable will do. I will include carrot and cauliflower for demo. You can also get pre peeled and pre packaged vegetables for even faster operation. I just want to demonstrate how to peel and cut carrot and cauliflower in the video.

Bachelor Fast Cooking Recipe: Premade Pasta

A lot of times you can get almost pre-made food from local variety shops. In my case I frequently visit a local Italian specialty shop The advantage? Pasta made in the shortest time with the best taste ever.

Capone Food is my favorite Italian shop in town. Highly recommended if you live around Boston area. Just for pasta, Capone Food makes 23 types of sauces and 21 types of pasta, and four different types of cuts. That’s 1932 combinations! Of course not all combination tastes great. The owner is extremely friendly and will give you a char indicating what combination taste well.

Urban Bachelor Cooking Recipe - Winter Morning Energy Breakfast

My friend Max is the master of microwave oven cooking. He gave the breakfast recipes.

Max made one for me. See pictures. They are very good. The Winter Morning Energy Breakfast is a little complex than if you just mix hot water with oatmeal but since you are putting different fruits in your breakfast, you don’t get bored with the recipe for a while. The recipe is very scientific. It supposes to release energy over a long period of time. (I am not a bio major so don’t quote me on this.) Honey gives you instant energy boost, and then the fruits will start to kick in finally the oatmeal. So you will feel full and energized the instant after you had your breakfast. (Depends on how much honey you put in) and feel full for the entire morning
